Contract Service Plans are designed to provide network management support. These agreements include weekly or bi-weekly visits to actively manage your network and peripheral systems, including verifying a regular back-up of critical data, monitoring system security (including active directory), disaster planning, and verifying active virus and security protection. These appointments are scheduled on the same day and time each week to provide the necessary structure to manage the network effectively.

For On-call Hourly & Block Agreements

On-call Hourly and Block Agreements are designed to provide hardware and software service and support for network and peripheral systems. This agreement includes preventative maintenance and repair when issues arise within the network infrastructure with the expressed purpose of correcting and preventing failures and minimize "down time". Through system-wide diagnostics, we will identify and replace hardware components that are either failing or performing outside optimal parameters. We remove software clutter that accumulates in workstations that can often lead to instablity and data contamination. We evaluate the operating system and peripheral applications running on each system to ensure necessary upgrades and updates are installed when appropriate.
